I Was A War Male Bride
Sparkling comedy of errors with Cary Grant as you have never seen him before. Grant is a French army officer whose frosty relationship with American WAC Ann Sheridan soon melts into true love and a marriage that takes place on the very day she is ordered home. Now they have to face an army of bureaucrats who insist the only way Grant can leave Europe at such short notice is as a war bride. If those are the rules then he is just going to have to oblige no matter how intense the
embarrassment. A hilarious, breezy battle of the sexes romp beautifully played by the two stars.
