An Affair To Remember
The path to true love is strewn with impossible obstacles in this peerless romantic weepie. Suave playboy Cary Grant meets Deborah Kerr on a luxury ocean liner. They banter, flirt and fall deeply in love during an unforgettable voyage. The only trouble is that she is engaged to be married and he is a notorious womaniser. They make a vow that if their love is meant to be they will meet again in six months time at the top of the Empire State Building. However, fate has other plans in store for the couple. Grant has a wonderful rapport with Scottish-born Kerr in a tale that is effortlessly witty, sophisticated and incredibly moving. Remember to bring a handkerchief.
