GFF trailer moves into production!

Patrick1

In conjunction with Central Station, the online community for exploring film, art and design, Glasgow Film Festival partnered this autumn to give an individual or collaborating team from the Central Station community the opportunity to design and create next year's trailer and sting for the festival. We had lots of great submissions and selected four to go into development (Allistair Burt - Lucy Elliott - Patrick Macdonald - Kim Stewart) before commissioning Patrick Macdonald to create the trailer. We'll now be working with him over the next few weeks to complete his trailer: COLOUR.

Congratulations to all involved! Look out for an event/exhibition during the festival showcasing all four projects and discussing the processes gone through.

Read all about the project on Central Station's site here and follow the conversations around its development here.

The trailer will hit cinema screens in late January 2010 in a nationwide advertising campaign (supported by DCM) and we'll also be screening the trailer ahead of every major screening at the festival and at some of the festival venues in the run up to GFF.
